The main data entry screen looks like this. You can change the text shown against most of the fields to reflect your club's needs. Any fields you do not use can be 'turned off' to prevent accidental entries. Joining and renewal dates can be automatically entered to your club's needs. Names and addresses can be capitalised for you if desired (which makes for lazy, easy typing).

You can set defaults for many of the items in Club including the order your members are displayed when you first start the program, the normal order you like to display your prints and other reports in, the normal labels you use and how your emails are normally sent.

Default settings

Club allows you to produce lists, address labels, files and emails to some or all of your members. You can easily set up any ranges before producing your reports.
