This program has been developed to provide club secretaries with a simple method of tracking their members.

The program runs under Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, ME, 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10 and stores data in any or all of the following fields:

• Membership number
• Join, renewal and birth dates
• Membership fee paid
• Title, first names and surname
• Address and postal code
• 4 Telephone numbers (home, work, fax and mobile)
• Email address and alternative email address
• Internet address
• Membership type
• 6 user definable lookups or searches
• Notes
• Picture
• Lapsed members

The program allows you to 'turn off' input for unwanted fields.

• Surname
• Membership Number
• Membership Renewal Date
• Post Code
• Membership Type

Prints and reports available from Club Membership Software:

Membership lists can be printed in a wide variety of formats. Reports are displayed in HTML format allowing you to print them straight from your browser or import them into a wide variety of programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Address labels. These can include or exclude membership number. Club Membership comes with the most common label sizes pre-set, other sizes can be added by you.

Emails can be sent directly from Club Membership and can include attachments if desired. (This feature works with any SMTP email server to which you have access)

Additionally, reports can be saved to a disk file for use in other programs.

All reports are selectable using ranges from any or all of:

• Surname (*)
• Membership Type (*)
• Membership Number (*)
• Post Code (*)
• Lookups (*)
• Birthday
• Membership Renewal date
• Lapsed Members

Additionally, your reports can be sorted by any of the items marked (*).

System Requirements

You need Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10.

At least 10Mb of free hard disk space.

You will also need a copy of Winzip or other unzipping program to unpack the program file download. All recent versions of Windows (at least XP onwards) handle zip files - just double click on the file and follow the instructions.

If you wish to continue using the program after these 30 days are up, you need to purchase Club Membership. This means that I get paid for writing the program and you get full, unrestricted use of it.

If you don't want to register, Club Membership Software will continue working but will not allow you to edit your data or display any reports. All your data is safe at all times.
